Hey I am new what lvl does Shelgon Evolve into Salamence and wut lvl does Vibrava evolv into Fly gon and one last queston, how do I catch Latios easily?

50 and 45.

An easy way to capture Latios would be to put at the head of your Party a Speed-endowed Pokémon that knows Mean Look. Do not use Golbat; it's weak to Psychic-type attacks. Get a Wobbuffet with the Shadow tag ability, or a Sableye with Mean Look; that way, it will never escape either Pokémon and it cannot do damage to the latter.

Shelgon eveolves into Salamence at level 50.

Vibrava evolves into Flygon at level 45.

Shelgon evolves into Salamence at level 50, Vibrava into Flygon at level 45, and to catch Latios.. Use mean look with a Golbat.

Shelgon evolves at level 55.

Sorry I don't know what level Vibrava evolves.

Just parlize Latios and get it down to 1HP.

On level 50. And on Vibrave level 45. Get a Goldbat and use mean look to trap the pokemon.
