Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have three questions.

1. Where do you find the sub underwater?

2. How do you beat the twins in mosdeep gym?

3. How do you win the lottery because I never won once!

1. The submarine is in the entrance to the Seafloor Cavern on the floor of Route 128. If you chased Team Magma or Aqua out of the cavern, it won't be there.

2. Use a combination of Grass, Water, Ghost, and Dark-type moves against Tate & Liza's Lunatone and Solrock. I would recommend a Duskull or Dusclops with Shadow Ball. Don't use Ground-type attacks because they have the ability Levitate, which deflects them.

1.Route 128 by triathlethe: katelyn.
2.Level 50+ Claydol, Baltoy, Magnemite, Magneton, Registeel, Aggron, Lairon, Aron, or Mawile (Put most of these in your party).
3.Trade a lot of pokemon with different people.
