Question for Pokemon Ruby

I got a couple of questions here...

1. I just got done getting the 7th badge.. I went to the Sootopolis City..The gym was closed.. What do I do? What would be the best way to defeat the legend Pokemon your suppose to face?

2. What would be the best Pokemon team/moves to go with them to?

3. How long does it take to make them all on level 100?

1) You have to recover the submarine in the Team magma underwater cavern, then defeat/capture Groudon in the Cave Of Origin.

2) To go with what? If you mean the best team.. Just have a variety of Pokemon, such as a water type, fire, leaf, phsycic, dragon, ice.

3) As long as you put effort in, and train them well, not too long.

This is for the guy who just replied. The best way to defeat the legendary Pokemon is to catch it with the master ball that you get in the lilycove team magma/aqua base.

This isn't an answer to your question, but I couldn't find any other way to submit this. Can any one rate my team? First Level 100 Swampert, next Level 90 Groudon, next Salamance Level 85, then the regi- trio Level 80 for all of them. I also have another team that I use. First Level 100 Rayquaza, next Level 98 Kygore, next Metagross Level 95, then Mewtwo level 90 and Mew Level 90, and finally Level 90 Ho-oh. Please rate my team so I can trade with my friend, thank-you.
