Hello everyone can someone look over my team to see if it is well balanced.
 Blazikien-60-flamethrower, slash, double kick, sky uppercut
 Gyarados-60-surf,ice beam, hyper beam, dragon dance
 Groudon-65-flamethrower,earthquake,slash,solarbeam
 Flygon-45-dragon breath,crunch, faint attack, sand attack
 Metang-27-take down, confusion, metal claw, scary face
 Raichu-57-thunder bolt, quick attack, thunder, light screen
 Also I just got a pinsir just experienceing...
 Pinsir-32-seismic toss, revenge, harden, vice grip
 
 Ps. I'm open to any ideas on a new move set also is their a way I can teach groudon sword dance and blakien will-owisp how can you get more heart scales I only have 1 left.

You can get Heart Scales from wild Lovedisc (using Theif or Covet)

If they was better balanced in there levels it would be a great combination. Right now I say 7/10.

Blaziken: replace double kick with brick break, and slash with blaze kick(slash actually isnt that bad, now that you think about it.)
Gyarados: good, but probally replace hyper beam with Hydro Pump(he learns it, I'm 85% psotive :P)
Groudon: replace either earthquake or solawbeam with eruption, or is it fissure, don't remember.
Flygon: replace sand attack with dragon claw, and faint attack isnt a really good move.
Metang: evolve into Metagross, then replace confusion with psychic, and scary face with meteor smash.
Raichu: replace light screen with strength, a strong, high accuracy move.
Pinsir: replace harden with that horn drill move(dont think it's horn drill)

I'm not close to the best at rating, but to my standpoint 6/10, level them up some more.

Also, Blaziken can't learn will o' wisp without cheat, even with a cheat I don't think, and Groudon can't learn Sword Dance, and there is only 3 heart scales in the whole game, one in lily cove, and two you have to dive for.

Your gyrados is super weak to the worst thunger type move and ice overall cool
