well I have a level 88 sceptile hes prety strong he can beat the elite 4 alone just useing leaf blade.Also I have mon cheat reply to get it! JLT
Sceptile is so weack, don't waist your time, breloom is not available in this version, i'll say the best here is Tropius, it can use sweet scent, very usefull to train pokemon
