Question for Pokemon Ruby

Are these OK Pokemon for the Pokemon league? Tell me the best lvls cause I can get them leveled up.

Blaziken
Groudon
Tropius
Kadabra
Sharpedo
Golduck(or Skarmory which is better?)

8/10 without moves and items. Of course you should level them up to level 100.

Well obviously the best level to get them to would be level 100.
And I give the Pokemon you chose a 7/10.
