ANSWERS

Swampert is fine
Swellow is fine
Latios replace thunder with thunderbolt and teach it dragon claw in place of recover
Rayquaza should have earthquake, flamethrower, ice beam, and thunderbolt
Charizard replace slash with heat wave and fly with dragon claw
Sceptile is ok

I hate to brake it to you but my Kyogre and my Ludicolo can beat your team easily. But I guess I would rate it a 6/10.

Not too bad... Id say 7/10. I agree with whiplash234 with almost everything he said. But my team could easily destroy yours and they're only at lv. 75ish

Give latios better moves

Umm my team is ok but I am at only the 2nd gym
(lvl 23 marshtomp, lvl 18 ralts and a level 15 aron)
and I have only ever had one legit level 100 Pokemon and it was blaziken and this team shows me that you have trained well and I rate this team 9.5/10 only you had 2 legendaries and that is one too many :( soo I would get rid of rayquaza and put a salamence or summin like that ;)
