How do I make mirage island apear? And what does raquazas effect do?

Mirage island is assinged a day everyday. If that number matches any of your pokemons ID number it will appear. If not then your going to have to wait. The best way is to have many traded Pokemon always with you. Rayquaza's ability is air-lock. It negates any other weather changes. So that means if it starts to rain and you put Rayquaza in it will stop rainning. It does the samething to any other weather effects.

Depending on your trianers ID is when mirage island will appear.

Mirage Island is random. Rayquaza's effect makes weather attacks non-effective, like Sandstorm and Hail.
