Question for Pokemon Ruby

Is there any way to catch Jirachi on Ruby without cheats,because I caught one without any tickets or cheats at Route 110?

If you got your game second hand chances are the previous owner used an action replay and used some codes and the codes have been put into the programming of the game. You can only get jirachi by trading it over from the Pokemon colosseum bonus disk or use cheats.

The only other way is by trading it from the Pokemon Colleseum Bonus disk.

Yes use the bonus disk that comes with Pokemon colisem.
