Salamence flamethrower, earthquake, dragon claw and fly/crunch
Milotic ice beam, surf, recover and mirror coat
Gyardos ice beam, flamethrower, thunderbolt, earthquake
Flygon earthquake/dig, fly, dragon claw, crunch
Blaziken flamethrower, blaze kick, brick break and sky uppercut
Aggron earthquake, flamethrower rock slide and a strong move
Gardevoir psychic, calm mind, ice beam/punch and thunderbolt/punch
Latios psychic, dragon claw, luster purge and a strong move
Rayquaza flamethrower, thunderbolt, ice beam and earthquake

First go check out the stats for your pokemon. If Salamence's attack is higher than his special attack give him this moveset earthquake, brick break, aerial ace, and double edge. Do not give him fly instead of aerial ace! Aerial ace never misses so it will come in handy. It's good to always have one Pokemon that has a move like that. If his special attack his higher than his attack then give him this moveset flamethrower, dragon claw, crunch, and hydro pump. Milotic should have something like this surf, mirror coat, recover, and toxic. Do not give him ice beam instead of toxic! As you probably already know Milotic dosen't have a great attack. So you should use him as an annoyer, or when you wanna heal your other Pokemon put him in and use potions and berries on your other pokemon. Flygon should have either earthquake, rock slide, return, and focus punch. Or flamethrower/ fire blast, sunny day, solar beam, and draon claw. Depending on his attack and special attack. Gyarados has a low special attack so try to train him to the right of Mauville city. You should fish with a super rod and beat up many and many Sharpedo. Give him earthquake, taunt, dragon dance, and waterfall. You should give Blaziken something like this moveset bulk up/swords dance, earthquake, brick break, and rock slide/focus punch. Or endure, reversal, earthquake, and rock slide/overheat. First use endure then reversal. Gardevoir has a huge move pool. I personally like this moveset will-o-wisp/toxic, taunt, attract/thunderbolt, and psychic. But it is totally up to you. Aggron should have something like this focus punch/counter, rock slide, earthquake/aerial ace, and brick break/aerial ace. I personally think that legendary Pokemon are for the weak trainers. For the trainers who can't make a winning team with out them. But here you go. If Rayquaza has a higher attack then his special attack give him this dragon dance, extremespeed, aerial ace, and brick break/ earthquake. If his special attack is higher then give him this dragon claw, flamethrower, ice beam, surf. You can change any of those special attacks for any other strong special attack. Latios should have this moveset calm mind, psychic, recover/refresh/surf, and dragon claw.

I think the best moves for salamence are earthquake, hydro pump/surf, flamethrower/fire blast, and thunderbolt/thunder, or if you can blizzard/ ice beam. Then teach him the weather condition than goes with the set. I don't know if the move set will work.
