I just wanna let everyone know that if you want a good Pokemon I'll help you. Just give me a chance. I'll tell you where you should train your Pokemon or if you should breed it or stuff like that. If you want a good team just try me. If you want me to help you then leave a question saying you want me to help you and leave the Pokemon you want me to help you on. Any Pokemon will do. How can I lvl my salamence up to lvl.100 fast? He's on lvl.70 right now.

Also how do you catch Latias ? I used my master ball on kiogre and he won't stay inside an ultra ball. Is there a ball I'm missing?

One last thing I saw some where that if you go to Mossdeep city and went in the Pokemon center somewhere you would find a pokeball and if you pick it up it'd be a wailord, but it's not there.

Plz help me.
