Trade one over from leaf green or fire red that is how you get eevee
You can't catch an Eevie on this game. You'll have to trade from Leaf Green or Fire Red.
I think you mean Eevee. You can get that with a cheating device like an Action Replay or a Gameshark. You can also get one by trading with your friend from a Pokemon Fire Red or Leaf Green but your friend must have beaten the Pokemon League first.
Eevee can only be gotten through cheats or trading in Ruby.
Ethier a cheat device or trade it from Fire Red or Leaf Green.
To get an eevee on this game you must trade it from someone who already has it.
