What level does Feebas evolve into milotic.

You must feed it Pok�Blocks so that the Beauty level in its condition meter is filled to the outline of the meter, and then raise its level once.
It does not eveolve by level you need to give feebas pokeblocks that will raise it's beauty when febas's beauty is maxed out it will evolve
You have to raise it's beauty to the full, then just raise it one more level. It will evolve into Milotic then.
Feebas evolves into Milotic at any level, yes you need to max out Feebas's beauty meter, then once it is completely filled, Feebas will evolve.

No stones needed. Just a bunch of pokeblocks that raise it's beauty.
Need blue blocks. Feed it blue blocks untill it says it wont eat anymore.
