Where is the Sky Piller or sky pillar dosn't matter same thing?

ANSWERS

The sky pillar is to the right of Paciflidog town, and you can catch Rayquaza there, but only after defeating the Pokemon league.

Look east of paccifilodge town up the top of the rout and you will find an opening there go up and you will be at the foot of the sky pillar

Its on route 133 or 131 or 132 it's around there,just surf up and you should be able to find a path or water follow it and it will lead you to the Sky Piller.

Sky Pillar! It's on Rt. 131-Northeast of Pacifidlog Town. Just stay near the top of the route and look for a break in the rocks that you must go through to get to it and go North until you see it-it's not that hard to find-but it is hard to get to the top without falling through the floor-practice on that Mach Bike, because it's tricky!!

Go to Pacifidlog after you beat the Elite Four. Surf east and stay close to the rocks at the northern parts. Eventually, you will see an opening with a winding path. You will enter an old building that will lead you to Sky Pillar. Also, bring your Mach Bike.
