How do you make youre pokemon breed?

Basically all you have to do is figure out if two pokemon are compatible. To do this you must have a male and a female, and they have to be from the same egg group. I'll explain:
There are 14 different egg groups, every Pokemon belong to one or more egg groups. The egg groups are as follows: Amorphous, Bug, Dragon, Fairy, Field, Flying, Grass, Human-like, Mineral, Monster, None(Genderless Pokemon!), Water 1, Water 2, and Water 3. I could post the list for you if you want, although it might be fairly long! I can tell you that they are all listed in the Players Guide. Unfortunately, I know of no way to access this information through the game. If there is certain pokemon you want to breed let me know I can tell you which groups they belong to, or you can try to figure it out. It's not difficult, just time consuming!

I forgot to tell you if the Pokemon are compatible, put them in the Daycare Center in Mauville. Talk to the old man outside in the yard. He'll say one of these things: They're very friendly (YOU'RE GETTING AN EGG BABY! WOOHOO!!), The two seem to get along (Somewhat likely you'll get an egg), The two don't seem to like one another (Not very likely to get an egg), The two prefer to play with other pokemon (NOT A CHANCE!).Walk around for awhile, then go back to the Daycare. If the old man is outside the fence then go get your egg, and enjoy your little baby Pokemon!
