Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey guys,
It's me, I know I haven't been on for a while but thats only because my computer decided it was time to croak. Okay, enough about that. Hey shadowgx, how old are you and where do you live? Same question to you darkboarder77. Also what are your real names? Well anyway, how do you unlock the regi's I have made it so I can get into the ruins but I don't know the rest. If you can help I will greatly appreciate that.

You need to go to paccifilodge surf west keep to the south of that route if you do you will come to an area where you can dive so common sense tells us to dive then you will find you self inside and anderwater cave exit and follow the path until you reach anoth cave entrance go in then dive you will be in a camber go to the back of the room if you read the writing it will say first comes relicanth last comes wailord then you should hear an earthquake that will open the chambers go to the chambers

Regirock you have to go up to the wall press a and wait without moving in the game for a couple of normal minutes

Regirock go to the back wall read the writing then go right down down right then use stregth or surf

Registeel got to the back wall read the writing then go to the center of the room and use fly
