Rayquaza should not have waterfall

Swampert replace blizzard with ice beam

Groudon replace cut with swords dance fire blast with flamethrower and overheat with solar beam

Mawile I can not offer you advice here sorry

Claydol yeah it's ok

Walrein replace blizzard with surf and auroa beam with ice beam apart from that it's ok

Level up your Pokemon and take my advice

Rayquaza:
Level it up, Rayquaza isn't to hard to level up. Also get rid of Waterfall and Outrage, and give it Extremespeed, and Crunch. Rayquaza is fast, so if you want to get rid of Fly, I'd give it a strong/slow move, Rayquaza will probably go first, and beat the other Pokemon.

Swampert:
Ugh, Dive and Blizzard have to go. Replace Dive for Mud Shot or Muddy Water. Blizzard, low Accuracy, give it Ice Beam. Oh, and level it up, the Elite Four can beat this Pokemon easily, and they aren't that hard, compared to the teams that people have.

Groudon:
Cut!?! Why do you have Cut?!? If you didn't guess already, get rid of it now! Give it Solarbeam, because Cut, is awful. Get rid of Fireblast, for Flamethrower. And level it up a bit.

Mawile:
Nice combination, Iron Defense, and then Stock Pile, great for loading you Pokemon up to heal, or attack, and keeping it's HP. This is the best moveset on your team. But you really need to level it up, or Iron Defense won't do much good for you.

Claydol:
Get rid of Sandstorm and Hyper Beam. Umm, well I don't have a Claydol, so I don't know the moves it learns, but experiment a little, and find something strong. Level it up.

Walrein:
OK, clear ALL moves, Give it Ice Beam, a Water type move (preferably Surf), Hail, and another Water type move, it doesn't matter. But this one, really needs to be leveled up.

The Pokemon are good choices, it's just that the low levels and the movesets brought your score down.
