Rate my team please.
 Espeon LVL:100 psychic,return,reflect,light screen
 Umbreon LVL:100 faint attack,secret power,confuse ray,moonlight(got these Pokemon from Pokemon colloseum)
 Blaziken LVL:97 blaze kick,sky uppercut,brick break,fire punch
 Rayquaza LVL:83 hyper beam,surf,outrage,fly
 Groudon LVL:80 eruption,solarbeam,earthquake.fissure

I would rate it 6/10

Espeon teach it another physicic move

Umbreon it should have bite

Blaziken teach it flamethrower in place of fire punch

Rayquaza surf get rid of it for ice beam teach it thunder bolt in place of outrage

Groudon take out fissure as it does not have enough accuracy in place of it teach it swords dance if you can

I would advise you to get a water Pokemon I would have kyogre as it can have thunder surf ice beam and another move which is a powerful move set

The last 3 suck.Here's a better move choice for them:
Blaziken:
Overheat @ White Herb
Flamethrower
Sky Uppercut
Earthquake or Return

Rayquaza:
Dragon Claw
Thunderbolt
Aerial Ace
Extremespeed

Groudon:
Eruption
EQ
Return
Flamethrower (I know, sounds bad right? Well when you only get 2 or 3 chances to use Solarbeam in the start, not so good.)

Overall, 6/10.

9/10 it is pretty good if you haven't taken the elite 4 you should because I think you are ready.

Espeon- rid Return. The only move I can think to teach it at the moment is Shadow Ball to keep Ghost types off, plus it gives your Espeon a nice physical attack.

Umbreon- Good, yes, very good, keep everything. If Umbreon can learn Psychic, you may want to teach it in place of Secret Power.

Blaziken- Brick Break? Fire Punch? Trash 'em both and replace with Flamethrower and Thunderpunch. Thunderpunch will keep Water types and Flying types off your back- and it makes sense since Blaziken is weak to Water and Flying attacks. Also, Flamethrower is a tad more powerful than Fire Punch and has the same amount of accuracy, so you'll want it, and believe me, Fire Blast isn't as good as Flamethrower.

Rayquaza- Outrageous. I mean that in a bad way. Screw Fly and Hyper Beam, and teach it Flamethrower or Ice Beam and Extremespeed.

Groudon- Perfect- the ultimate Groudon moveset, kudos to you.

5/10, don't give Pokémon K.O. Moves, they don't hit the foe most of the time.

Espeon you should teach it swift and morning sun. Rid reflect and light screen.
Umbreon should know bite, take away confuse ray or secret power for that.
Blaziken, rid brick break and teack it flamethrower.
Rayquaza rid of surf and fly for extremespeed and dragon claw
Groudon get rid of fissure.
