My team is
1. Sceptile
2. Hariyama
3. Swellow
4. Gyarados
5. Manectric

What would be better for my team, Torkoal or Camerupt?

Well Torkoal is very powerful, but so is Camerupt and they both take a while to grow levels. Either way they will make your team better but I would pick Torkoal.
