ANSWERS

It's difficult to explain so I'll give you an example.

One fine day you decide to mate a Scizor and a Ditto, you recieve an egg. When the egg hatches, it has Silver Wind an' your all like WTF? Where did this come from? How come my Scizor ain't got it? Well that's 'cause it's an egg move that only a monster from an egg can learn. Pichu learns Volt Tackle that way I hear. Could be wrong.

That's when you breed two Pokémon together and they learn a move they can't normally move. For example: Treeko may learn Crunch if you breed it with a Pokémon that knows Crunch. Note: Two different Pokémon can breed, such as Spinda and Delcatty.

Egg abilities are special moves Pokemon can only learn by hatching from an egg.
Example: A Baby Bagon that just hatched will learn Hydro pump.

Egg abilities are when you breed two Pokemon, then the new born has a move that your Pokemon never learnt.
