When is the sales, how do you get alot of master balls, and when do they say when launch 56 or 100 is launched???????

You can't get any more master balls and can't go to space.

The sales are random after you beat the Pokémon League.
The only way to get a lot of Master Balls is by using a cheat device.
The rocket launch cheat is bogus. You cannot get Deoxys or Jirachi without trading or a cheat device.

When you're playing your game, sometimes there will be a comercial on a TV that says that the Lilycove Department Store is going to have a Clear-Out sale.

Just wait until the TV says that it's today, and go to the top floor of the Department Store.

The only way to get alot of Master Balls is to either cheat, or win at the Lilycove Department Store, they have a drawing or something, at the front counter.

Just keep playing your game, and eventually, there will be a launch 56 or 100 (although if you're going to try the cheat to get Deoxys and Jirachi, it's fake).
