Hiya Seany70 here, and I need to find a Feebas! I'm on route 119 and I've searched everywhere and everywhen but I keep coming across stupid Carvanhas.
I've never even seen a feebas in the wild. I've used good and super rods but I can't find one. People say about there being only six squares of water where you can catch him. If anyone knows these six squares then please can you tell me.

Ok. Here we go.
Go under the bridge near the Weather Institute and use OLD ROD lots of tines and there ya go. (I kinda fluked mine. I got it in less than 2 minutes.
