Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do you get a leaf stone,crobat,electrode,volbeat,magargo,muk,vibra,lileep,pokemon #s 137-140,febass,staryu,pokemon #151,pichu,wynaut,horsea,kingdra,regice,latias,and latios,also how do you catch up too latios and how do you catch him???????????.

Leaf Stone: Get the Green Shards from Routes 119 & 124.
Crobat: Evolved form of Golbat. It will evolve if it is friendly towards you.
Volbeat: Route 117.
Marcargo: Evolves from Slugma. Slugma is found in the Fiery Path.
Muk: Evolves from Grimer. Grimer is found in the Fiery Path.
Vibra: Evolved from Trapinch. Trapinch is found in Route 111, in the desert ruins.
Lileep: Route 111. It's a fossil. If you choose the other one, you can't get him.
Pokémon #137: Pre-evolution of Jigglypuff. Breed a male annd female Jigglypuff to get Igglybuff.
Pokémon #138: Jigglypuff. Found in Route 115.
Pokémon #139: Wigglytuff. Evolution of Jigglypuff. Evolve it with a Moon Stone.
Pokémon #140: Feebas. Found along Route 119. Where it appears changes when you change the trendy phrase at Dewford.
Staryu: Found in Lilycove City, use a Super Rod.
Pokémon #151: Chimeco. Found in Mt. Pyre. There are few, so search a lot.
Pichu: Breed a male and female Pikachu.
Wynaut: Lavridge Town. You get an egg from a lady near the springs.
Horsea: Routes 132-134.
Kingdra: Give a Seadra a Dragon Scale and trade it.
Regice: Route 105, inside island cave.
Latias: Only obtainable through trading or a cheat device.
Latios: Appears Randomly after you beat the Pokémon League. To catch him, you can use your Master Ball or use a Pokémon that knows Mean Eye or Block.
