You complete a catagory of the the pkmn contests e.g all levels of the cool contest.

By winning a Master Rank Contest with five or more hearts of appeal on the final results screen and recommending to the artist afterward that he give it to the museum.

Win master rank Pokemon contests.

You must beat the highest contest rank with an excellent score. A portrait of the Pok�mon will then be put up in the museum. Get all 5 portraits painted. You will recieve a star in your Trainer Card.

If you mean the one in Lillycove then you need to win a Pokemon contest at master rank, if you win them all you get a star on your trainer card.
