1. It comes out at random depending on your Pokémon. Just go visit the old man every day and see what he says.
2. Beat the Pokémon League, capture all 202 Pokémon, fill in all portraits at the Art Museum, beat the Battle Tower 50 times in a row, then 100 times in a row.
3. Not without a cheat device or trading.

1. Mirage Island is random and is based to the right of Paciflidog town. It all depends on luck.

2. 1- Beat the Pokemon league
2- Get five paintings up in the art museum.
3- Beat all 70 trainers
4- Complete your Pokedex
5- Win the oppenents in the battle tower 100 times in lvl 50 or lvl 100.

3. No you can trade it over, you can catch Latios though.

1)Mirage Island, You can not get it to pop up, it has to by it's self.

Get all Pictures
Get the Diploma
Get all fans to like you

How do you get 5 stars on my ID? (i have 232 pokémon.) and I only have the star for beating the pokémon leage.

No.1)Mirage Island is a random event.
No.2)To get all 5 stars.
-Get all 5 complete drawings at the museum.
-Get a 202 pokemon.
-Beat the elite four.
-Battle 50 trianers at battle tower.
-Get all the people in the fan room to be your fan.
No.3)With the eon ticket yes, without no.
