Is there an AR code that raises your Pokémon's level all the way to 100? I doubt it, but I just wanted to ask...

Almost, theres a cheat called battle: R = more exp. After you battle a Pokemon press the R button to get more exp., but don't let go when the exp. is filling up the bar. Keep doing this till your Pokemon is at level 100.

Yes in the AR Max when you buy it go to the Pokemon Sapphire section and activate the max stats cheat and go to the game the first one in your party is Level 100 and all Stats are 999 I know it's a sapphire cheat but it works for both games
