Question for Pokemon Ruby

I really need to know how to go to the moon. Do you have to beat the Elite 4 before you can launch any rockets? My game says that "Successful Launch No.9999" and I haven't even beat the Elite 4.

Another thing thats wrong with my game is the Berry master, his wife, and his garden wont do anything. He won't give me any berries and she wont ask for phrases and the berries wont grow. This has been going on for a couple days now.

Another thing that is wrong is the guy in Pacifidlog town that gives you Return and the other one that works better if the user doesnt like you. He says that he will have another TM for me in 8 days but its been 2 days and he keeps saying in 8 days... If some one could help me I would really appreciate it

It means time has frozen inside your game (AAAAAH!). This is very easy to solve. You need to buy gameshark or Action Replay (I forget wich one) and there is a cheat (don't ask me) that makes time go again.

Its a glitch. Go home and look at your clock. Look at it for about 5 minutes. If it didn't cange then your game is glitched. And there is no way even with cheat packs to fix it. The only thing you can do is get a new game.

You have a glitch.let me explain after one year of playing the game,the time freezes. Causing berries to stop growing and everything that has to do with the time will not happen. To fix it you have to transfer jirachi from the bonus disc to your game,
connect w/ pokemon colosseum and upload your team or link w/ fire red/leaf green to get the National pokedex.

It seems your internal battery is dead. But you can recharge it at gamestop or electronics boutique.

Your internal battery probably ran dry, according to the dialog box. If you get a dialog box that says it, you're screwed. Get another cartridge.
