Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey people
I am a very troubled child
I need help. Can anyone tell me how to get a snorunt? I know it's in shoal cave but where abouts? I've been in there for hours on end and still can't find one plz help
And also what are the blue crystal like things in shoal cave and how do you get to them?

Well you have to go in ther when the tides are down I don't know if it is in an exact part but I know it is in there somewhere.

Snorunt is kind of rare, so look hard. Those things are ice. They do nothing.

Snorunt is in the icy part of shoal cave, at he bottom. And those crystal like things are shoal shells. Wait untill 6 or 12 o'clock in the game and go to shoal cave.

The water level will be up and there will be an old man asking for 4 shoal shells and 4 shoal salts. Give him those and he will make you a shell bell, which is sort of like leftovers, but restores HP every time you inflict damage.

Get them by surfing around in the raised water level time. Please rate 9 or above.

You need to go in the shoal cave at a certain time of day. What blue crystals?

You can get a snorunt in the part of the cave where it's filled with ice. You can't always find it there so you might have to come back another time. Those are shoal shells. Omg, find your way to them. It is not even slightly difficult to get to them.

Need snorunt,then wait till the tide is low. The travel to the very bottom of the cave, walk around(not on ice)then you will soon find snorunt.
