Yes. You get it from the president of Devon Co. After you've given the letter to Steven. You can also get an amulet coin from your mom after you beat Norman.

Yes, you can get an exp. Share, and thank god, if I hadn't got one I would have terrible pokemon!!!! You get it from the president of the devon corporation when you delivered the the packages you get from him and his associate. Hope this helps!

Yes. You can get it after delivering the letter from the President of Devon Corp to Steven in Dewford, then going back to see the President.

He will give you Exp. Share.

There are a few ways to get exp share but this is the only one I can remember.
Go the the lottory lady in Lillycove department store and if 3 of the ID numbers match you will get an exp.share.
