Talk to the little girl on the left as you walk into the Slateport City Contest Hall.
You mean the pokeblock case. Go to slateport city and in the contest building. The little girl on the left of you will give it to you. Hope I helped!
Go to the Pokemon contest building in Verdanturf Town and talk to the lady behind the counter she will tell you something then give you the pokeblock case. Now you can make pokebloks with berries
Go to one of the contest halls and there are people by machines. Got to the spot where there are the most people (makes smoother blocks) and click on an open spot. They will ask if you know what to do, then begin.
