Hi I have obtained the HM strength I got it ion rusturf tunnel and it's not in my bag in the tm and hms list and if you teach it to a ppppokemon it's still on the list write and so I think I tooought it to a Pokemon except I released aboout five of them and I thonk one of them had it so is there another way to get strenght please tell me ASAP

Strength is an HM not a TM so you can teach to as many Pokemon as you want. And it can't be held by a Pokemon so maybe you didn't get it.
The only way to obtain Strength again is to trade a Pokemon from other games holding the HM Strength.
Meanwhile, use Pokemon that you already thought Strength in the past
