ANSWERS

Deoxys? Yes, you need to have been to a Nintendo Event and got a ticket to birth Island. Then trade it from Fire red/Leaf Green to Ruby/Sapphire.
Sorry, don't know about the next nintendo events.

Deoxys is ONLY obtainable through a cheating device such as AR, or GS.

A special ticket can be downloaded to take to you to an island where Deoxys is on FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald. However, this can only be downloaded at a Nintendo Event in America or Japan. That's the only way.

I can but you might not like it. Find someone with an action replay get them to give you deoxys but when you get deoxys he'll let a virus throug out your game. I know because I have him.

I've hot the virus. I don't know what it does but for some reason my deoxys is raising faster. but that might not be a good thing. because its modest nature and its defence is rasing as fast as crap. well hope I helped.

P.S. the virus speds through your rare pokemon like Latios and Groudon. Just keep checking the summery.
