Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do you get deoxys on ruby? Do you have to get him through Mystery Events? Or what.

Deoxys can only be obtained through trading or a cheat device

I don't know how to get deoxys on ruby, but in fire red or leaf green, you can use a ticket to go to birth island and fight it.

Sadly, the only way to get this ticket is by going to a nintendo event.

(I HATE when they do this !!!)

Sadly, Jirachi and Deoxys are only accessible by a cheating device such as an AR or GS.

You do a contest with an aron in the nornal area then walk outside talk to greenhat dude, do a aute contest go to him he give letter for professor deliver get items go to space center talk to everybody when guy asks to come say no. Go up stairs and guy will tell you touch white rock, touch it 22-28 times catch the nosepass that pops out take item stock up and then go, or beat elite 4 with lv. 67 latios or latias. Or get walk through wall cheat (at many web sites) go in shuttle and leave. Or catch 200 Pokemon then see burch, get one lv. 5. Don't know which one is right.or take emarald and clone it withglitch that can easily be looked up.or mabye beat elite 4 100 times and then go to mossdeepcity and talk to everyone. I no go hen try doing it another 100 times after that (to make it 200 times)

Since there is no longer Mystery Events, many people use cheat devices called Action Replay and GameShark. You need that and master code. You can do this part 2 ways, use a code that teleports you to him, or just use the Deoxy's Pokemon code and it will put it right in your computer.
