How do you get to mirag island becaues I tried everything ?
<BR>And also how do you get feebas becaues I have looked everywhere and I didn't find it

Mirage island is right of paciflidog town and is very rare to appear and it's all about luck weather it appears. You just gotta keep looking.
For Feebas you go to route 119, in my opinion the best place is right to mauville, surf across and go up. I think it can only be caught when it's not raining but I haven't tried it when it is. The best rod to use is probably the good rod but all of them work so it doesn't really matter. It could take a while so you'll just have to keep looking.

You have a very low chance of getting Mirage Island to appear. It all depends on your Pokemon, so don't get your hopes up.
Feebas appears in 6 tiles of water along Route 119, where it appears changes when you change the trendy phrase in Dewford Town

Every Pokemon has a gender value... Between 1, and 255. To get on mirage island, your Pokemon has to have a gender value of 0. Yes, thats right, 0. These Pokemon are extremely rare occurances, and if you have a Pokemon with a gender value of 0 on your team, and you talk to the guy and pacifidlog town, then mirage will be there.

Feebass- you have to try EVERY patch of water.
