Question for Pokemon Ruby

When I typed in the code for Enti in the action replay, then selected it and started the game, I couldn't find Enti. He wasn't in my party or pc. Where is he? Please reply as soon as you can.

If you don't have the National pokedex, the game won't let you find it.

Try looking in spot one in box one.The other guy is wrong you can actually catch
Entei if you don't have the national dex.You can catch him but it wont show in the pokedex unless you have the national dex.
