Why won't my Pokemon evolve anymore,I think it has something to do with poke'rus because when I want to level up my Pokemon when they get to the level of evolvement they don't.Please answer this because I really need help with this!

Maybe this is because you have not trained your Pokemon up to the level of evolution. If you train it a bit more you will probably evolve it.

If this doesnt work good like in finding more help

Maybe the Pokemon you are trying to evolve isn't capable of evolving, or maybe it evolves in a higher level, or maybe it's holding an everstone

Because some Pokemon need to be trade to another game then they will evolve
