How can I win the master rank contest in Lilycove with my Blastoise. These are the moves it knows:
Water Pulse
Hydro Cannon
Ice Beam
Hydro Pump

You Blastiose should have very little Problem in winning the Beauty contest, all it's moves are beauty! You should get the Scarf from the man in the house in Rustburo by winning the Hyper rank contest. Hydro pump= 4 heart appeal.
Hydro Cannon= Jams the Pokemon before and skips a turn, 4 heart, 4 jam.
Ice beam= Startles poemon that made smae type appeal, 2 heart, 1 jam.
Water Pulse= 3 heart appeal, scramples order for next turn.
I think the wiki berry(14) is used for Beauty, try using just them.

Get rid of Ice beam increase it's beauty to max give it blue skarf and teach it rain dance use rain dance than any water or thunder move it works out realy well that is how my lv.46 milotic wins all the time.
