Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do you get to the Southern Islands. I have an Eon ticket but I can't find where to use it it.
How do you get to Mirage island?

I heard that to use the Eon ticket, you need to go to Slateport or Lilycove and use the ferry. It might show 'Southern Islands' as an option.
Also, to get to Mirage Island, you need a mirage-sensitive Pokemon, don't ask which pokemon that could be, because I haven't been there yet either!
I tried Wobbufet and Wynaut because they are supposedly on the island, but it failed, if you find one, please do tell.

Give the ticket to the lady in the slateport harbor. Her dialouge will be different. You will go there one time, thats it, so catch latias!

You get to mirage island by takling to the man in the house in pacifigtonlog town. If a Pokemon in your party has the same ID number as th island, he will say he can see it and give you directions in how to go there .

Talk to the lady in Lilycove's Harbor and a man will come out of the boat and take you to the Southern Island.
To get to Mirage Island you have to have a Pokemon whose ID numbers match up with the islands. The numbers change everyday, and there is no way of knowing which Pokemon will work. But, to make it easier, you could just get an AR and use the codes.
