To get shell bell you have to go to shoal cave (near mossdeap) and collect 4 shoal salt and 4 shoal shell and then take them to the man at the front of the cave and he will make you one go out and come back in and it will be ready.

Dont no how to get shiny sphael

You can get shell bell by collecting 4 shoal salt and 4 shoal shells then give it to that old man in the cave.
