Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello could anyone tell me if there is a way to buy ethers and exlivers on Pokemon ruby as I am just going to fight the elite 4 and I think they will help as the last time I tried to fight them almost all my pokemons PP was gone before I beat steven.

If anyone can help I thank you in advanced

I used Leppa Berries. I think that is the best way.

Find a leppa berry and plant it somewhere and water it with the walmor pail alot and it will make 3 leppa berries then keep on doing that un til you have all the leppa berries you need
