People say you get timer balls in Rustboto, but I have looked everywhere.
Does anyone actually know where they are?, ThaNks

In order to purchase timer balls, you must go back to the front of the cave connecting Rustboro and Verdanturf in Rustboro. Talk to the man you saved from Team Aqua, and he will then tell you they are available for purchase.

You have to of broken through the tunnel to rustborough and you see they guy that you saved in petalburg woods. He will give you one an then you can buy them from the pokemart
