After you beat your dad, you know that guy that you saved in the forest and you got the Devon Goods for him? Well, go to where he was standing when you were trying to get him the goods and he'll tell you that Devon Corp. Has their latest Pokeballs in the Rustboro City Mart. In addition to Timer Balls, they'll also have repeat balls; balls that work better on Pokemon you already have.

Timer balls are in the market of Rustboro city, but to get them you must save the devon worker from team Aqua. When you clear the passage through Verdanturf, go through the tunnel to Rustboro. Outside of the tunnel you will see the man you helped. Talk to him, and he will tell you that the market is selling two new kinds of balls! Go get em tiger!
