Which pokemon do I need to train up I have:

Linoone level 55
Rayquaza level 71
groudon level 57
Swampert level 62
wailord level 40
Registeel level 40

You should train them all. Try getting them all to the same level as
Rayquaza and your team sounds like it will be pretty strong.

If you are trying to have a perfect team, I recommend leveling your Pokemon up to the level your swampert or rayquaza is.
