Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have an action replay, can't tell what version it is, is it possible to get and eon ticket with it, how?

Also when I used it I got this weird Pokemon, it looked like a circle with a question mark inside, when I caught it I got a bad egg, what does it do?

Also I'm a little lost on how to use an action replay, do you have to type in the master code ALONG with newly added codes or do you have to have a seperate master code, check it, then type in any other code.

The Pokemon with a Question mark is a Missingno. Don't beat the Elite Four with it, or your game will freeze.

You use a seprate master code. For example...
( )M

( ) 99x Masterballs

You would check in both.
