How do you use an Eon Ticket that you got as a cheat for the game because I got one off of my AR, but the game won't let me use it.

If you have unlocked the national pokedex on leafgreen or firered then you complete celio's task of finding the ruby and the sapphire give the gems to him and you can trade with ruby and sapphire using a game link cable for gameboy advance.
