Where can I find the Wailmer doll for my secret base?

I forgot where to get it, so someone please help!

There should be a house on the east side of Sootopolis City in which the inhabitant will give you a Wailmer Doll. You can also get one from a vendor on top of the Lilycove Department Store for P$10,000 during a clearout sale.

You go to lilicove depatment store go to floor 5 and go to a small corner and every doll is there.

p.s They are not very cheap
