Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey (anyone) whats up?...

I need some help with actionreplay codes...

I have a version 3.1 and I want the code to catch feebas but it only has 2 lines of letters and numbers so what is the other lines to catch him ?

I don't know if these codes work though, since I don't use Cheat Codes. Use at your own risk.
