Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey I need help with the levels and the evolutions.
When does:

1. Ralts evolve?? When does Kirlia evolve??
2. Seedot Evolve?? When does Nuzleaf evolve??

Please reply quickly and heres my little quick hint... Groudon is at level 45 in the Cave of Origin.

Hes ability is to have sunlight on as long as he's in play.

Groudon knows fire blast slash a ground move and something else!

Nuzleaf evolves with a leaf stone and kirlia evolves around lvl 30 not sure when but I have both.

1. Ralts into Kirlia level 20
Kirlia into Gardevoir level 30.
2. Seedot into Nuzleaf level 14
Nuzleaf into Shiftry Leaf Stone

Ralts evolves around level 20, and then again at level 30 into Gardevoir.
Seedot evolves at level 14. After it evolves the first time, give it a Leaf Stone.
