Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where do I find the sky pillar I look everywhere around that one town but I cant seem to find it !

You must first beat the pokemon league then in the city of pacifig town (don't know the name very well).

You go surf to the right of the city, you will see some rocks enter in the space that it has (you have to get a mach bike and lots of ultra balls to catch rayquaza you can only fight him once.)

Start to surf up on the second space of your map on route 131 from Pacifidlog town.If you see 2 trainers in the water go between them going north you will arrive very shortly

First beat the Pokemon league, then go to a rock maze in the water on the top of route 131 I think, follow that maze until you see an Island, follow the Island path going over the unstable surfaces with a mach bike until you reach the end.
