When his hp is low, use an ultra ball, press and hold down on the d-pad and hold B and A at the same time.

Just do the same thing as what you did on groudon, or just throw and throw ultra balls until you catch it.

First off, Registeel has a HUGE defense and special defense, thats why he seems so strong. My hint is this: False Swipe and Paralyz or Sleep. False Swipe won't do much, but it will never kill Registeel. It always leaves at least 1HP left, and it's the only attack move that I know off the top of my head that has 40PP.

I love using My level 100 Sceptile to catch pokemon. hope this helps, but don't be Surprised when you see that Registeel is only good for his Defense and Special Defense. He has lousy attack, which is what he uses on every naturally learned move exept Zap Cannon, which he learns at level 49.

However, Registeel has awesome Defense, so if you need a pokemon that can take a hit and keep on, Registeel is your guy. Good luck on the catch.

My best answer is two either get an action replay or buy about a thousand ultra balls, I know both might sound like overkill, but it gets the job done.

this is the strongest regi of them all. here is how I got him (this was with sapphire)

1. weaken him with Regice (don't play the game anymore so if it doesn't have ice attack teach it.)

2: If Regice fails, use some other water or ice pokemon as long as it has water or ice attack. (don't do this if it is weak. If it is go to stage four)

3: Go and weaken it to 1 mini bar left

4. ULTRA BALL CRAZY!!!

5: Train and raise
